All I see in your message is what accounts to 'It is too wrong cuz I said so'. Show me some numbers (non cooked preferably, oh wait sorry how about lightly cooked?) that actually represent real loss instead of imaginary every download is a lost cd(yeah cuz I wouldn't have just bought the song by itself) sale and nobody who downloads buys overinflated figures. Also quit acting like people are depriving these artists of something honestly most of these people wouldn't buy music even if there wasn't a way to get it for nothing. Those who would usually support the artists anyway by going to concerts or buying the song or album if they like what they downloaded.
When will you IP trolls learn that Copyright Infringement and Theft are not equal. Theft requires that you are depriving the first party of something by acquiring it in an unlawful manner. You see the first part can never be satisfied in regards to software and text (excluding physical media) as you do not remove their source when you make a copy. Unless of course you decide to hack their servers and delete all their copies when you make yours.
You can't steal an idea just like you can't kill one it lives in the mind and it's value should be determined in the same way there can be a price for the impartment of an idea but there can't reasonably be a price for each use of that idea once it has been shared that would be like charging people for thinking. Unless of course you live in the U.S. and know how to play the copyright office.
The blizzard solution is similar basically you sign in to the game during startup for the game and only one instance of the account for that game can exist at a time.
I agree I think it would fall under false advertising however as Sony employs battalions of lawyers I don't doubt they will find a legal technicality for this.
They had the mounts available they simply did not use them as the dark lord had not yet prepared his armies and flying ringwraiths would have alerted his enemies.
Because I'm willing to let you use my work for free ideas are not something that can be controlled the free exchange of ideas leads to a better understanding of the universe. I believe it's reasonable to charge someone for your labor however you shouldn't be able to charge anyone they choose to share it with. As the labor is finite but the product is infinite only the labor can be reasonably charged for. It's the pricing that's become unreasonable. A song should not cost a dollar forever eventually cost is recouped some profit is made and to gain additional money you need to create additional product (aka labor).
That seems to be the hang up to make these stats meaningful the death-rate should be compared to the average miles per driver or passenger otherwise it's just comparing the skins of apples and oranges instead of their dietary content.
You see you're mostly right here. However it's not just the healthcare system where a few people are gaining far too much profit. It's intellectual property and international trade agreements where we are suffering negative trade because the country importing isn't required to pay any taxes for importing meaning our total manufacturing capacity is going down and the amount of work for under-skilled (aka average) people has disappeared.
That would be entertaining if Microsoft or Apple added GPL code without sharing derivative work and ended up handing over their entire products to the writer.
That idea is solid gold the only issue is you would need two sets of barbers. The ones who strip and make a mess of people's hair and the ones who don't and fix the mistakes.
not really any higher than the latency in the average internet connection. I would think there should be plenty of ways to compensate. such as intentional attack queuing with timestamps and if your friend is using a similar controller there should be little issue as you will both have similar latency.
Specifically "(three years for conditions that either cause three lights on the ring of light on the front of the Console to flash red, or display an E74 error code on the video display connected to the Console)"
or they could just gave it one unique side like firewire, hdmi, or even internal sata connections (I'm not going into esata connections right now nothing like breaking a working connector)
This is where you make a huge mistake and Google IMHO excels. Google does not display applications in the Market that are not designed for your API in effect giving you a store that should have very close to 100% compatibility. Albeit you can have minor issues if the subversion is different such as 1.50 vs 1.53 but these issues are minor and so uncommon that they are virtually nonexistent.
#1 Actually in an increasing number of states there are anti bullying laws. In addition if we're going to suspend certain rights of students there should also be protection for those students to compensate especially in a minor/adult student/teacher relationship.
#2 If there are supposedly 'plenty of avenues available' could you please name one that doesn't involve one of the teachers work friends/fellow union members? Additionally what if the student disliked the teacher disagreed with his/her methods but did not feel the teachers actions were objectionable on it's own to remove or censure said teacher?

That would be the idea. Have you seen the 'now with digital copy' versions? $$$$

Since when has the intention of a law meant anything to how it's used. After all copyright law was intended to promote creativity and invention...

Nazi singular when referring to a single person which is implied with "a genuine".
People memorize (aka commit to memory) through repetition. They learn through understanding.
Because I know something you don't know, I'm not actually left handed.

You're aware of when and how U.S. laws were and are created and how they apply... You must be foreign.
No the display just displays what it's given it's the graphics or primary processor that does the necessary and fairly obvious math to rotate images.

I think you may be confusing groupthink with people who are bored or really have so little to do that they bother to moderate.
