Not directly no. I don't and I haven't. My direct experience has been just the opposite with folks bending over backwards to give them a shot. If you are female and have even a basic aptitude you can write your own ticket at most places I've worked. I'm not saying women don't suffer negative experiences but disproportionately? I don't think so.
I would consider using public transport if it were not for all the.. less than desirable elements. I especially wouldn't want loved ones traveling on free public transport. At least in my area it isn't safe. So how about this? Free public transport for those that need it and really expensive public transport with all the frills.
This is actually true. The looming problem of not enough young people is going to hit most developed countries pretty hard. Luckily we are largely immune to it in the US due to our high immigration rate. Of course immigration comes with it's own problems like crime and increased reliance on those same social programs... it might be preferable to increase our fertility rate in the middle and upper middle class.
To be fair housewife isn't exactly equivalent to coal miner or roofer. On the other hand they likely made a decision that their child would be best served by being cared for and getting one on one attention from her rather than being tossed in a daycare.
I should save my VMs and shut them down when I'm not directly monitoring the screen of my host OS to catch a random reboot due to updates every once in a while?
Soon we will have intelligent drones and just a few people monitoring them all as they go about their missions. Then we can wage "war" 24x7, 365 days a year -forever.
I am pretty paranoid about this stuff usually and I know there have been similar measures in the UK already but there is absolutely no way this would survive or even make it to a law in the US. The encryption falls under free speech and it would devastate US tech companies overseas.
I've always been infatuated with Iceland and have spent some time trying to get a handle on the language. If you can learn to speak it you are a better man than me.
That would only be perplexing were he to come from a conservative / constructionist background. The progressive perspective is that the constitution is a living document and subject to whatever interpretation a given generation chooses apply to it.
Young people and even people in general are deeply stupid when it comes to stuff like this. It is easy to just say "OK" and sign your name and start racking up debt even into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. You can do this when no sane person would ever loan the young person anything more than 10-20K unsecured because the lenders know they will never be able to avoid it via bankruptcy in the US. It is another government "guaranteed" loan similar to fannie mae freddie mac and I think we all remember how that turns out.
Student loans need to be subject to bankruptcy just like any other loan and Gov loans need to be removed entirely and replaced with smaller amount grants. Grants as a compromise because progressives will never allow them to be simply be removed or reformed with reasonable controls and even if lowered it would only be a few years until the fed managed to make a mess of them again.
There are several countries that mandate personal information be stored within that country. Russia's recent rules for 2016 come to mind. These countries as a rule do not make up a list of the most liberal or free countries in the world. Mandating the servers be stored locally in that country ensures that governments access to them if they want. While I am a staunch libertarian and republican and I probably wouldn't be in favor of this rule I don't know that it is fair to paint the Obama administration as the villain because of this. Now, the entire secrecy thing and the fact that this isn't going to congress yeah they definitely in the wrong there.
You are correct though I no longer have type 2 diabetes either and haven't for several years. I did just recently have a doctor lecture me that they are no longer differentiating as strongly between type 1 and type 2 diabetes in their treatment approaches. They are at their furthest apart still symptoms of the same lifestyle problems.
I would be interested in seeing the details the lifestyle changes tied to those numbers if you happen to have them. Everyone I've spoken with has had tremendous success with change of diet and exercise. Maybe this was still incorporating the standard american diet with only moderate changes?
Why do we need a medical breakthrough? The solution is simple -low carb diet, nutrient dense food and moderate exercise. Once you get things under control after a year or so you can work on introducing healthy carbs back into your diet. You want to boost insulin sensitivity you have to exercise. I myself have dealt with this and have spoken with many others over the course of several months as they turned their heath around as well.
Evolution at this point isn't exactly trending in a positive direction. As more and more nations are lifted out of poverty those with natural advantages of intelligence will continue in those nations to slow their reproduction while the other half of humanity breeds like rabbits as they have always done. Stopping natural evolution at this point would be a very positive thing. The next step of course is designer babies and we're really already at the very early stages of that. I'm going to get a bioluminescent one so it will be harder to misplace.
That is like saying we should still be rationalizing death due to plague as "gods will" or the "natural order" rather than coming up with cures as we have to virtual eliminate these as problems in the modern world.
These should all be solvable problems though. A recent article claiming to eliminate Alzheimer's in mice I came across this week comes to mind: http://www.sciencealert.com/ne...
I think it should be possible to create a set of rules and financial consequences to keep the majority of the population at a reasonable birthrate. I doubt the majority of people would choose to abandon their children and move to Thailand. I'm going to call you an outlier.
A world with almost no children would in my opinion be a terrible place. I don't know if you've ever spent much time with little kids after having a really bad week or day but it can be a soul cleansing experience to say the least.
The problem with that position is credit. If you can assume that 80% of people you make a loan to will live long enough to pay it plus the interest off that is a good investment. What a high price could do essentially is create a new form of indentured servitude. One that lasts for centuries.

What do you believe Ron Paul would have done to damage the economy?
So you would support say destroying the business of a black family because they didn't want to cater a white pride event?

Can google not use a more dynamic ranking based off of the device viewing their site rather than putting the onus on each individual website?

The selection process is still done on merit alone, no question
As someone that has been involved in the hiring process at a large tech company that has not been my experience.
That is the nice thing about having as many laws as we do in the US. If they shouldn't / can't prosecute him on this crime there will be others.
