It was sarcasm. Disney has it's hands in more than just Dimension. I used to work for them, horror is VERY profitable for them. But mom and pop don't want their kiddies to know about that. Squeaky clean and all that.

I'd be more shocked if they took a stand... any stand.. and said this is the code of ethics that we're bound to uphold. But that's not what business is about.

It would appear, to me, this is similar to the class bully and that kid who should be on the short bus getting together in an effort to win the science fair competition.
While it works in 80's movies with a mediocre soundtrack for the montage scene, I'm at a loss as to how John Hughes would resolve this in the final act.
The burden to adjust is not on the system but upon the individual. If they chose not integrate that is their problem. The law should make no excuses for anyone. These were, presumably, very intelligent people, where they were from cannot be an excuse.
Neither can being a politician in a corrupt system. We must make people accountable for their actions once again.
So by the time we burn more electricity to filter out the bullshit and gross errors we'll be well seated to look at a data set that say we've done too little too late.

Bit of a leap there. I actually thought pointing out and criticizing obvious flaws in system was an inherent duty of a citizen. You seem to think that makes me a turn coat and a hater.
