    their service is slow, their customer support consists of an annoying automated robot, and this ex-state monopoly has managed to hold back the development of broadband in this country by a decade, and then theres the very very expensive "line rental", sheesh

    i have adblock, but i disabled it for few minutes as this site was being rendered all weird, so i taught adblock was messing around only to realize it just /. devs playing around with some ajaxy fluff

    they have mountains of data coming in from their toolbar, adsense ads, analytics, search, gmail, docs, orkut, webmaster tools, etc am i missing anything?

    they probably have a hard drive worth of data and profile info on each one of us

    its kinda scary, and their "do no evil" motto is not reassuring at all, with so much info in their hands and no transparency...

    right now this is one of the "selling" points of most distros, but theres also a darkside, each distro has their own way (whats new) there is: yast, smart, apt-get, yum, rpm and so on :(
