Open source server is more important I would think. I don't care if it doesn't keep a log. IP information must be in that database somewhere, at least while I'm connected. I only want to share with people I trust.
Im really freaking sick of people who don't understand and don't bother to know the facts about cookies. It's really infuriating. http://home.netscape.com/newsref/std/cookie_spec.h tml to quote: "When searching the cookie list for valid cookies, a comparison of the domain attributes of the cookie is made with the Internet domain name of the host from which the URL will be fetched. If there is a tail match, then the cookie will go through path matching to see if it should be sent. "Tail matching" means that domain attribute is matched against the tail of the fully qualified domain name of the host. A domain attribute of "acme.com" would match host names "anvil.acme.com" as well as "shipping.crate.acme.com". " Cookies are only sent to the server if they are in the same domain. I also used to have a refrence or maybe it was just some code that showed that cookies could only be set to have a maximum of 1 year life expectancy, but i might just be smoking crack there. b
my newton mp130 is also a strongarm i belive. the newton line is easily the best series of palmtops ever produced. its horrible that i finally had to give it up for for a windows ce machine after apple repurchased the spinoff newton technologies then killed it.

No I haven't, not to defend Microsoft too much, but maybe you haven't been listening to Apple talk about MS latly, or for that matter the Linux community in general talking about MS or Apple.
No it's called "optimized" or "scalable" content it's intel's push to make the "web more fun with a pentium 3 processor". It's a marketing gimick pure and simple, they are trying to convince you to buy yet another processor to keep you on the nice 18 month cycle they have you on.
Ummm it does does have a firewire connector.
SPAM!
straight to video
irix seems to do this already, all of icos are in vector format and can be scaled, dynamicly, with a little roller bar on the side of all the windows.
um woz has about zilch to do with apple these days. I don't think his opinion has anything to do with apple strategies anymore.

This won't be cool until I can run my own server. Puleeze when the feds knock down napsters door and snags his logs noone is safe.
We need an open source server and client pair. Or else it's useless.
Isn't this just hotline with a built in mp3 player?
stupid html formating.

Now if they would just release the source code for their window manager, that would make me happy.
I keep an old indigo(irix 5.3) on my desk and find that I use it mostly for an xterm and management station.

It's unfortunate that 2600 hasn't run an vaugly interesting, or even relevant article, in years.
Stephen Bury has written a few books. They are Stephenson and his Uncle.
Political thrillers, technologically bent.

From what i've gathered it's monochrome, depending on its refresh rate i'm wondering if it couldnt be rigged up to the linux console.
The now dead Apple Newton Message Pads were ARM based.

Gotta think that an indigo2 is gonna be waaaay to slow. Those things are getting dusty.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't apple do just that when they went from a 800x0 architecture to the PPC?

most integrated motherboards contain jumpers that will disable the built in video and audio modules.
