Can it clean its own ball?
Does it work any better? I knwo most people are used to paying more for things that work less (Windows), but this is getting out of hand.
SuSE has had it for a while now. It is the way to go. No more long waits for fsck to finish. It would be nice to have it in the stock kernel source though.
At 15k, it's a bargain. even witht the new TLS's coming online,.com is still where the money is. (except maybe for the $2000 price tag of.biz) It'd be a good investment.
It'll probably turn out that a plumber buys it though.
Yes, they can sue. But, pointing that finger won't make the problem go away. At least with open source software, you can develop a solution on your own if the timeline of other developers isn't as fast as you require. With closed source, you have to wait until they even acknowledge there is a problem.
It is impossible to get the same bandwidth out of a wireless device than a comparable wired one while keeping the costs down.
This is close to what you have to agree to when

this is close to waht you have to agree to download commercial software. Although on many web sites you can modify the agreement. Who ever designed the page used and editable test field. I usually just modify it to say "Yes, I agree that this pages designer is an overpaid cut-and-paste monkey" Then click I agree.

Look how much they saved in licensing fees. That alone is reason enough to warrant the project. Talk about immediate ROI.

The young ones must be out of school for vacation. I think /. has a worse time with them than radio shows.
Are these devices composed of only a single element? If not, they must be molecules. How did they get (at most) 1 molecule to act as a transistor?

I think the producers over estimated their audience base with this movie. Unless you are a die hard fan of D&D, save your money for the Grinch.
Is it possible to loose slashdot karma by stealing a seat at a movie?

I think we've been duped.
It appears that it isn't really replacing the windows interface, just running on top of it.
Maybe these designewrs are in cohoots with intel to use those spare cpu cycles up.

Does this have any legal ramifications?

I see that the it includes some algorithms. Does it include reference implementation in code for these? I usually find these quite helpful.
