    Don't bother bringing facts in front of the Slashdot IANAL association. They spend all of their time trying to convince the world their paranoiac fantasies have some basis in reality because the disease doesn't let them integrate facts. That's one of the symptoms.

    99.9+ percent of people couldn't even give you a reasonable definition of what a server is, never mind why they would want to run one.

    You may have to pay more to get a publicly routable IP, but that's what happens when something gains value.

    Is that a fact? I can't find that interpretation anywhere - whereas it does specifically make reference to citizens of the several states having protections., with a 5th amendment exclusion for military justice.

    I'd be happy to change my mind on it, though, if there is something I'm missing.

    Not that I am in favor of infinite detention or this whole debacle, really, but who made that rule? GITMO isn't part of the American criminal justice system, and "International Law" doesn't actually exist.
