I run an Ampache server streaming my music from my NAS over the ether to Ampache Mobile on a Palm Pre. I've got a Touchstone dock and A2DP bluetooth receiver at each place I want to listen to music in my house (and in my truck, and at work). Put the Pre on the stone, flip to what you want to listen to, boom, there it is.Also, I can listen to all of my music from any internet connected computer in the world. The Touchstones are $35 each, the bt receivers about $20 each and the Pre is $150 (after rebate, w/ two years of indentured servitude).

"the difference between your strawman and the crime of rape." Let me repeat myself: Is it not violent to be shot in the head just because you are willing to be shot? This is not a strawman; you said that rape must be violent because the victim is not willing to have sex, and I am asking if, by that logic, a being shot is only violent when you are not willing to be shot.

You seem to be arguing that the act of sex is itself violent.

I've only read a little about WA and I don't have the slightest clue as to it's data sources but isn't it possible that Wolfram holds the copyrights to the database(s) behind WA which could be considered the original work? I'm not saying that's what happened here but if I had a database full of poems I wrote and someone performed a query on it, wouldn't the results of the query still fall under my original copyright?
