Most of the Edgeworth-Kuiper objects are hypothesised to be binaries.
This argument raged on in 1998 (I think) when the intnl body of astronomers wanted to classify Pluto as a Trans Neputinian Object with a special number of 1000.
Some other TNO having a moon was used as conclusive argument to relegate Pluto to being a TNO (the most significant TNO, if you will).
I had links to the above... but I will have leave you only with these http://www.solstation.com/stars/kuiper.htm http://www.solstation.com/stars/ekos-01.jpg
Bollywood -- it is not Hollywood. Please call it by its name "Mumbai film industry". Please do not have to use the white-man's crutch to typify yourself. Hollywood is not a good thing to aspire for.
That said, the Mumbai industry is a different bag of trash.
Was gonna mod you up, but I realised that a year or two ago, MS made more money in giving stock options to employees than with anything. Cannot find the link at the moment-- it must be around somewhere.
Hence the need for staff and aversion to open it up. (Kidding )
You have to have built a DIY monopoly first. Have your products running on a majority of the government's computers, and suddenly you have a powerful and protective Godfather.
1) Shuts down your Moz (even though it asks to kill Firefox instances only -- thunderbird instance was spared) 2) Has the "additional browsing enhancements" choice (under custom install) greyed out 3) usurped my default profile and would not let go even after uninstall (Moz would complain that the profile is under use) 4) set itself up as the default browser even though I clicked "No". At least Moz asked me to confirm it as the default when I was able to start it up again.
That said, I have had good experiences with Firebird/Phoenix before and will certainly use it on a non-Moz machine.
1) Do you (developer) find any communication problems with your customers? How much is the variance between your understanding and what the customer wants? What is the amount of face time/interaction do you have during the project?
2) What is the typical lifecycle of a project? Do you have some feedback system to improve quality and processes?
3) What are the hoops you have to jump through (SEI certifications and the lot) to prove your competence? Is it any use at the end of the day?
(more than one question posted since this isn't a traditional interview. And outsourcers should work 3 times harder, dammit!!:-) )
You have some linkage on this "American's are NOT allowed to travel to India to get a job." -- where does the stumbling block lie?
Probably it is because there is nobody willing to move from US to India -- or the wages are not right. But if there is a rising number of people that want/need to work there, believe me, there will be doors that open.
Where in the history of independent India, has she been the aggressor. Do you have facts or are you just paraphrasing what your neighbour heard from his colleague about a talk on the radio one night?
Recent news: after a year long stand off at the border (how that border came about is a longer story of compliance to cease fires) after the attack on her Parliament, India has been the one making *peace* overtures (slightly misguided, IMO).

Damn my conscience -- I coulda just modded you down as a troll; but I had to go and reply.
Ahem -- the only thing stopping most of the people I want to wean away from Outlook complain is the lack of a reliable/integrated calendar. All the effort that is put in calendar is worth it.

I hear a Vogon constructor ship trundling in from the Oort cloud with hyperspatial bypasses on its mind.
Probably the companies spend more/less money in hosting website in those countries ... and are passing on the cost/savings to the customer.
