As I remember it, things were expanding quite quickly even before every little click was tracked. I imagine things might slow down with Do-Not-Track, but they will keep growing.
When I have been able to get a specific mailing address I have been successful in getting this method to work before, it does take persistence and the correct wording (I've found the phrase "any further emails means you accept my billing rates and practices" or something similar works pretty good).
I've used this practice to get unwanted 'free' local newspapers discontinued as well.
For a computer the first game was on a TRS 80, a simple artillery game (scorched3d is the 'modern' equiv)... I was in the Navy and walked into a Radio Shack (yes, I'm 'that' old), stood there playing for a few hours. I went from ADR3 to Computer Geek in one afternoon.
Prior to computer games it was d20's and Avalon Hill.

Google has launched a crisis map showing rainfall, active emergency shelters and quite a bit of other info. http://google.org/crisismap/sandy-2012

I may be mistaken in this because I'm a little out of date on the topic, but...
... it seems like they would open the phone up to working on other networks other than AT&T.
If Apple wants iPhone to become a 'standard business tool'
Why would I as a business user switch to AT&T (as opposed to paying to have my iPhone hacked and potentially bricked) just for the latest toy?
