Last time i checked, people have been saying this for years. The most violent people i know at my school hardly ever play video games, so does that disprove there statement?
I absolutely love violent and graphic video games and anime, so does that mean that theres a chance i will be violent? Most likley not, even though me and many nice and gental people i know like FPS and other fairley violent games, im not worried about any of us shooting down our neighborhood.
then you are a dumbass if your excuse is "they slow my computer down". don't use one with all these fancy dodads and wizzer stuff atached to it.
I use avast and if anything, it might use.01% of my cpu, if that.
I know of others out there(like macafee thats has antivirus and about a million other things it does. Its good but it slows down your computer)
I Admit that avast doesn't have a 100% catch rate, especially for worms... But otherwise if i get a worm, it taked me 2-3 hours to reinstall windows(recovery copys all files to a folder than reinstalls fresh copy)

I personally use opera and IE. IE is faster than Firefox on many levels, unless you have a virus or 1000 activex controls running.

don't use IE to look at porn or download illigal stuff/cracks/ etc, and youll genrally be fine.
Conisdering my antivirus blocks urls that it finds viruses in...
im sorry. im slightly freaking out cause parts of my computer are breaking and i seem to have low blood sugar atm...
but anyways, its not hard at all right now. Since it normally takes me about 5-10 min(more if its complicated) to finish any project for the class.
Next year im taking comp Sci AB, so im gona be one of the last people to take it.
Considering theres 8 people in my Comp Sci A, and im usually helping the teacher with the code, and the other kids hardly care for the class. I think im gona be the only one in AB next year.
answer to number 1:
No, about 60-70% of the energy we produce is heat energy. Much of it is excess that is lost through the skin. A small chip that doesn't need much power won't steal your body heat and make you cold.
