planetqueake sucks now that they dont have lowtax
his humour kept the site alive in my opinoin becaus he would usually take a creative standpoint on stuff and he wasnt all about sucking john carmacks dick. i try to look at things positivly but quake3 was just quake2 with psuedo cuved surfaces and no single player. but most people dont look at id software the same way they look at "big bussiness" when in reality they do alot of the same things . as usual the arcticle was mostly hype and it wasnt even funny hype cuz they fired lowtax . also do how many people here think that id will start decilining because their games arent as easy to pirate anymore ?
how about we put electronic collars on everyone and shock them when they do something we dont like of course we would determine this democratically so it would all be ok . what ? you dont like this ? i bet youre a criminal arnt you and you just want to steal or murder or do other evil stuff . we voted on it democratically didnt we ? maybe you should have done something about it then . what ? you werent represented ??? this is democracy of course you were . this may sounjd extreme but its only a matter of time before something like this happens i just hope that america turns around before we get there
to find out why there arent as many women in the coputer industry as we would expect we first have to look at how people got interested in it . when you first approch a computer society has placed a preconception on them that they are to complex for normal people to use some people just dont care or even catch that preconception or they have a damaged ego and try to hold/prove themselves above others by doing impresive things with computers. but women may be imprinted by behavior around them where they can express this insecurity by being supported by their peers (maybe women have more outlets for this among themselves?). with males (at least where i live) it is not this way . it is almost like society wants us to compete constantly and never show any insecurity. ooops lost my train of thought thats just ramling above here anyways ill leave it though .
women are imprinted to depend on social interaction more so than men . women are allowed to act positivly towrds eachother more so in this society. this offsets their insecurity. men who are insecure must find another way to gain security or some to the realisation that its all bullshit anyways

Step 1: Create free web based email account. i.e. hotmail. Step 2: "Make" website at one of the many free (20M) website factories, i.e. geocities, fortunecity etc., using the email addy from step (1). someone should make a script to do all of this and post it here
