I suspect nobody will be watching Star Trek twenty years from now. Unless it gets a good revival, but I'm doubting this so far..

Good use of Avisynth should help keep the filesize down. Also try using a KDVD matrix.
Itms is still not worldwide, so where would that leave the rest of us not in the countries served by itms? Nowhere, presumably. So no thanks.
Well we saw it in 'End of the World' (in Doctor Who) after all! We even got to see New Earth!
Some like to print their work for the fun of doing it. Sure, they aren't pros, but what's wrong with that?
As that will make it able to be hijacked as what had happened to cddb earlier.
Actually WINE has improved quite a bit. For example, Google has released Picasa for Linux which uses Wine and has contributed to the code...
