Why dont they tackle that crime first?
Also, what is the _factual_ correlation between hardened organised criminals and the suspected or suspected-and-arrested paedophiles?
What portion of society's crime is paedophilia?
Would any "law enforcement official" take the time to answer these questions?
    I don't think so.

  8. Just one question - ISP caches on British Police Use Facebook to Gather Evidence · · Score: 0

ISP caches are probably the place easiest to get information from - controlled by a few, behind-the-scenes, no-public-interactions, probably physically located in dubious lands (no laws, monarchies, like tax-havens).
Then why all the fuss about APIs and popular websites?
The good thing about Facebook is that everyone knows that they can be broken into by sufficiently skilled crackers.
    People know. That's important.

and constructs is that you don't think they are useful for decades or even centuries, and then, one fine day, the next big thing of the day is based on one of these "languishing, useless" constructs, combined with somthing else that is recently (at the time) discovered or invented.
    These theories _last_.
They wait patiently for society to evolve to the point of using them in practice.

Now for the reality:There are no terrorists.
Yes, 911, the pretext for all this, was an inside job! Surely, you jest my friend!
The next thing you would say is that Pearl Harbor was allowed deliberately to throw the bomb at 'em Japs or that Hilter was a puppet of the US and the entire WW-2 was pre-planned albeit apparently sketchily - you know the routine elite-versus-commoner struggles that lead to "war and strife"
These things sound like good gossip material but are not so much verifiable.
  12. "Berlin olympics is going to repeat" on CNN Website Targeted by DoS · · Score: 0, Offtopic

Thats exactly what the CNN/Reps want to prove. Desperately. So that the media can report about it incessantly while completely shelving the massive loot in Iraq and Africa.
After all it's election time, friends.

What's more, apparently, the US has just given $7 BILLION to the Pakis to fight terrorism. Last heard, the western borders of Pakistan (touching Afghanistan) is where Al Qaeda leaders hide. Now all it takes is just one high-level traitor like AQ Khan to disburse the cash for exactly the opposite - to FUND terror - which is what China is fearing - openly.
While you can't say who's lying, there's a real shady game being played out and it's not Olympics.

It's mostly media manipulation - as it is the CNN and co. specialize in frightening Americans out of their senses. Constantly bombarding the common man with fear and shock naturally makes him vote for "the protector".

Prove me wrong, please, and I'll sleep happily.
