Hank Paulson must own a lot of Goldman shares. Somebody should check into it and see if there is a conflict of interest in the way he handled Goldman vs other companies. Like for instance, he first insisted that he be able to spend almost a trillion without oversight. Then he gave all the banks including Goldman money even though they "did not need it". Why?? Then he funnels money into GOldman through AIG. Looks like he is protecting the stock price of Goldman.
As an additional hoop to jump through, distort the question as well .
Another idea. Do the captchas need to be static? How about a video captcha with maybe a sentence scrolling by. That should slow them a bit.
A Microsoft presenter at a Microsoft Tech ed told us that one of the students in a course he was teaching planned to use Visual Basic in the operation of a Nuclear Plant. The presenter said he tried to dissuade the person from doing so. Even Microsoft had to draw the line on that.
While they are at it they should install cameras in the restrooms too. After all thats where terrorists typically assemble their weapons before an attack.
As an added benefit, you can catch people who do not flush and people trying to join the mile high club.
