    The ducks were not released on sea on purpose. It was an accident and scientists took the opportunity. Its explained on the first paragraph of this link. Oh, BTW. This is not news by any means! The link above is from 2003...

    The ducks - along with other bathtub toys like beavers, turtles and frogs - fell overboard from a container ship en route from China to Seattle during a storm in 1992.

    It's not science and faith, it's science and myths that are incompatible.

    But when a religion claims that a myth is a fact, then its science and faith again (faith in that religion)

    • "How can you afford not to use Linux?"

    I see no trickiness here:

    • no
    • Totally awesome

    Get a second phone and make sure it is loud. Configure it with the loudest tone for messages, best vibration setting and not to accept incoming calls.

    There, thats a very nice pager that you can even use to answer the pages. Just make sure your girlfriend don't send text messages to this one!

    I use Vim primarily because I can perform almost any task without moving my fingers from the standard typing position. I certainly feel much more efficient being able to (for example) use j/k/l/h for movement than moving my hand over to the arrow keys, or worst, to the mouse.

    So you are trying to convince us that its easier to reach ESC and navigate with j/k/l/h instead of just reach the arrow key? Sorry, I don't buy that. The arrows are as far as ESC and besides you are adding keypresses to the process too. I won't event start with the further i to get back into insert mode.

    Vi is fucking awesome, but not for the reasons you present
