    Turning water into wine? Bootlegging; producing alcohol without a license or paying taxes on it.

    Healing the sick? Practicing medicine without a license, and violating FDA rules.

    Walking on water? Illegally operating an unlicensed water vessel, without a license.

    Feeding a crowd with just two fish? McDonald's and Burger King would sue him, and demand an FDA inquiry into his kitchen methods.

    And, of course the racist crew would call him a "Jewish Bastard", which is kinda sorta technically correct.

    That's probably why he hasn't come back . . .

    The gag is that the seriously wealthy aren't worried about Obama's new tax policies, because they can afford a tax lawyer who can prove that they earn nothing.

    If you get a chance to visit the IBM lab in Böblingen in Germany, they have some mainframes with plexiglass casings. The first thing that customer executives ask when they seem them, are, "Is that all that there is in them . . . !"

    The next question is about the liquid tubes inside them. And then you need to tell the executives that the Internet is a "series of tubes . . . "

    Although, I'd rather eat my own scrotum than program on one of these things.

    It's as if it's all just political posturing or something...

    There will only be political posturing for the next two years. The Republicans won the battle for Congress, but they are fucked. They have no options. Obama has dictatorial powers now, and is exercising them

    If Congress passes any laws that Obama doesn't like, he will simply veto them.

    Even if Congress musters the required majority to override the veto, Obama can simply use his Executive Discretion to not enforce the law. This is the tool that he has used to stop illegal immigrant deportations. Hell, Obama could even declare carjacking legal, simply by saying that the department of justice will no longer enforce the law against it

    The only thing that Congress could do, would be to blocking spending bills . . . which would shutdown the government . . . and would be political suicide for the Republicans.

    So all you'll see out of Washington for the next two years will be political posturing . . .

    I work with with a lot folks who have the Islam faith . . . but none of them would describes themselves as "Muslims". Hatice and Reha would tell you that they are Turkish, Karim will tell you that he is from Egypt, and Ali will tell you in better German then mine, that he was born in Germany.

    None of them will tell you that they are "Muslim" . . . despite that their is their faith.

    If you look at the business plan of the Westboro church . . . it was not even a church at all. It was a scam organization run by lawyers. They would come out and bother you, and if you tried to do anything about it, they would sue you.

    A lot of folks, Christians or whatever, were trying to do something about them. And the law enforcement knew everything about them.

    But, when push comes to shove, those Westboro Wackos didn't take their AK-47s out for a romp, which Muslims are tending to do today.

    If Westboro had done anything violent, the law enforcement would have taken them out. Not any "Christians". That's not their job.

    The IRA were Christians, and there was plenty of Religious fuelled murder in Belfast (not Catholic? Sucks to be you). Given that Christianity espouses spreading the belief, should we assume then that all Christians support killing those with different beliefs.

    "The Troubles" , as they are known in Ireland, were not about religion. It was about the Irish "Nationalists" and "Republicans" who wanted unity with Ireland, and the "Unionists" and "Loyalists", who wanted to stay with the Queen.

    Conflating "The Troubles" and religious conflicts throws an NMI for me. Oh, NMI means "non-maskable interrupt" for you, kiddo. It was about sticking with the UK, or joining the Irish Republic. No religion here.

    The Muslim terrorists are "doing their terror", because, what the fuck else should they do . . . ? Work in McDonald's?

    Note, when I am flying in the USA, I am not afraid of "The Ohio Presbyterian Grandmothers' Association Luncheon." I know who the terrorists are.

    Most folks in Europe are beyond this religion thing. I remember reading that the average man in Denmark goes to church three times in his life: 1) When he gets born and baptized, 2) When he gets married, 3) When he dies, for his funeral.

    The scenario that you describe, is more or less already taking place . . . in the Islamic State. Ask a few Kurdish women how they have been handled by the Islamic State soldiers . . . whoops! They have all been sold off into sex slavery.

    Since you made an oblique reference to what happened in Nazi Germany, I will respond to that. The Germans are rather intelligent folks, and it was very difficult for them to come to terms that they were following an evil ideology.

    The same thing applies to Islam. It's just plain evil. It needs to be banned like Naziism. Just turn on your TV, and see what Islam is doing to the world today.

    The West has been handling Muslims with kid gloves. It's time drop the gloves.
