    I liked my physical keyboard on my droid for playing games particularly emulated games. I would pay more for a phone with a slide out keyboard still and i don't care if its slightly heavier

    I'd say this is almost a best case scenario even, so far the only bug found was one that could not easily exploited. and it was patched, the response from Beck was by OpenBSD standards, tactful.

    in this context does it matter he's still in jail for crimes against humanity for ever the money will do nothing for him, but it could hurt Activision.

    Activision i don't hate so i hope he loses for no reason other than its a silly claim how is he losing money? lol prison laundry is not paying him the full wage he deserves?

    Interesting, I didn't even consider this possible angle, I always figured they were in kahoots with a government agency but lets not rule out the possibility that google is doing evil for its own benefit and not being coerced by a greater power.

    seems to me that they're jurisdiction isn't the issue if the company has a presence in the united states it has to comply i'm usually against the far reaching arm of the US having any control but this seems glorified really, its like tax evasion by hiding money overseas in my mind.

    define sold out, they're fairly wealthy, adding another distribution channel isn't really selling out, its reaching a wider audience, they sell out when they start censoring themselves.

    Ok i could do without the phaser and as long as it could always get time from gps or network connections i dont mind if it doesnt have an internal clock
