go to so much trouble to hide illegal activity that you believe is right? Instead of thinking of new ways to circumvent copy protection and sharing, how about lobbying your congressman to get the laws changed? They are after all servants to the people they represent.
Ummm I think the whole point is that its encrypted for a reason. You'd be pretty pissed if you found someone tapping you phone line, after all it runs right in front of your house out in the open.
You go to the store and pay $3 to rent a tape/dvd. Now you claim you bought the item and are allowed to keep it? This is no different except that its purely in electronic form.
Ever heard of VQF? Its been out for a few years now and developed by Yamaha. The quality is MUCH better than mp3 and the files are 30% the size of the same quality mp3. Has anyone ever seen a.vqf file floating around? Nope. Never. I use it for archiving large wav files and the ability to encode live from the soundcard is great. I don't expect ogg to make a dent outside of the linux fundies area.
Watch the chips when they get right to the edge *poof* they vanish. Not a single chip falls and lands outside the table border. I watched both the realvideo and mpeg versions. Someone knows adobe premiere well.
Do some lookups on whois.arin.net and you'll see tons of class A blocks which are just reserved. Start at 1.x.x.x and keep going. Looks like the only people really using them is bbnplanet who owns 4.x.x.x. I bet theres at least 10 class A blocks that are just used for squatting. Start assinging these.

Redistribution of the wealth eh? At least the US can give anyone the chance to start a company or win the lottery or get rich somehow. It makes perfect sense to take money away from rich people and give it to the poor.
Say you worked all your life to make a very successful business, now you find out the government wants to steal 50% of YOUR income and give it to people who refuse to work. Hmmm decisions decesions. Work hard and get money or sit on my ass and get money. Which would you pick?
its all a huge conspiracy. like they really care who looks at it and from what ip. they could just as easily get your ip and the exact date and call your isp and get the info. so whats the big deal?
Installing software. Until you are at the point when a user can click the install icon, have it install flawlessly, make shortcuts and additions to the window manager. Hmmm are they using gnome, kde, blackbox, fvwm, twm? See the little problems we run into?
Show me some facts that linux is 'kicking Microsoft's ass' in the server and embedded market. Just because apache has like 60% market share doesn't mean they all run linux. Even apache.org develops with and uses FreeBSD. Show me a product thats sitting in stores now running embedded linux.
My desktop is mostly nt4 with the occasional boot into win2k. My firewall on the cable modem is running OpenBSD on a sparc2 and my IBM Thinkpad 390x runs NetBSD 1.5. Totally linux free.
I kind of like the end

It was strange and quite interesting to see new york city under a frozen ocean, although the aliens or super robots or whatever could have been better done. They reminded me of the ones in close encounters.
Because files can be very high quality and small in size. We can't all go back to 1994 and use cinepak right? Hmmm download a 10 meg sorenson or 40 meg mpeg. No big decision there.
Just imagine if the headline read "Linux ported to next gen cpu..." every singe post would say something like yay linux. But BSD is ported and people ask why. Porting the OS means you can learn a lot about the new architecture.

its called Q1. That game will give anyone nightmares. Get Reznor back on music and sound effects. Nothing beats Q1 for atmosphere and ambience.
If you're a programmer. I'm not. Neither is joe sixpack. Get my point?
what company is going to hire a fresh 16 year old for anything other than grunt work? start at the bottom and work up. this is the real world kid.

Any artist doing 2d stills will want an SGI box. theres just no comparison. Watch some "Making of...." specials and see what all the artists use.
Best they could do is copper and bronze. I wouldn't trust a piece of copper to hold a several ton rock.
Who else could have played Jed better than Jim Varney? Didn't you see the playboy issue with Elly May :)

Please supply some proof as to your statement of Microsoft paying off the state of New Mexico.
whats the fucking point? its useless and easily fooled.

Thank you.
