  1. Invisivility on Printing Out A New Monitor · · Score: 1

I can see them military using these screens as new camo for their soliders.

They will have a bunch of these tiny screens sticked together on the clothes and tiny CCD cameras on many angles. The opposite side will display the image on the clothing. This has been attempted before using tiny mirrors and it works so so.... with this new flexible (cheap) display technology, it will give the effect of the Preditor!

Imagine a truck where a huge screen displays the opposite side's camera image and vice versa. If you have ever seen on of those large mirror-carrying trucks you know the effect. Very disorienting and if you don't look carefully it's quite easy to not even notice a truck is there!

Oh yea... and don't forget about the Wallp0rn...

This is hilarious! The lawyer is trying to make him state that every time he said "I don't recall" he also meant to say "I don't know". I've been to depositions before, and it is a chess match of words and statements. You have to be very sharp! Obviously Mr. Valenti has had MUCH training in this matter!

They are not deleting the information. They are just changing the PROTOCOL on how to access the information.

The quote I heard yesterday on Ottawa's talk radio CFRA is, "Instead of having one big lake of information, there will be many ponds..."

This is really troublesome, since any government official can still compile anything on anyone in Canada. This has detremental effects when you can see longterm trends in their revenue, taxes, international customs, healthcare, employment, family, driving records, assets, etc. They have a written history on the lives of virtually every Canadian!!!

  5. Do I have to pay?? on Pay Lars · · Score: 1

I bought "Ride The Lightning" "Enter Sandman" and "And Justice For All" CDs when I was in highschool.
They were then stolen from me a few years back (before MP3s came out). I was hard-presed to buy the CDs again, but I really like their music.
So, when MP3s came out, I still felt guilty for downloading music I already bought, but for me it was a saviour! I didn't have to PAY TWICE to get the songs I already enjoyed.

This is one (of many) advantages of MP3s.

The question is: Now That I have downloaded their songs, should I still send in a donation, since I should have technically bought their CDs again to enjoy the music, or was the music my property since I already purchased it a few years back?

How do I prove this? Receits? CC Info?

Now I'm confused.... back to Half Life...

A thousand years in the future, all of humanity has unleeshed most of the secrets of the universe.
Scientists have become very confident in their strides and contact God.

The main scientist said, "We don't need you anymore. We can do anything you can."

God replied, "Ok ok... let's have a little contest. Try to do what I can do"

The scientist agreed. So God placed his hands on the ground, picked up some dirt and *poof* there was a living breathing human being.

The scientist with a little smirk on his face placed his hands on the ground, and God suddenly interrupted, "Hey, get your own dirt."
