    I need to emphasise how extraordinarily unlikely it is for a measles outbreak to occur in a vaccinated population. Unless a new strain of measles has arisen that the vaccine is not effective against - and as far as I know measles is incredibly stable - then the only way that an outbreak can occur is in the unvaccinated population.

    All of my Luddite friends thought I was crazy when I said many years ago that using computers for non computer related classroom education was a bad idea. I still feel that way but no one else (at least in my circles) seems to get it.

    Family and friends that have been interviewed have 'supposedly' said that his driving was the butt of many a joke due to driving like an old women off to a lawn bowls tournament. I have heard so many stories, rumours, and really kooky stories that I wouldn't know what to believe.

    The US does act in accordance with the treaty

    The US has a very long history of using subterfuge and mangling words to sidestep their obligations. After WW2 when over a million ex German soldiers died in huge outdoor concentration camps that the treaty was sidestepped by using the designation of 'Surrendered Enemy Personnel'.
