really, there's confusion on if discharging a weapon in city streets is a crime? This doesn't stop people from owning guns, just helps police respond faster to the scene of a crime (hint: the answer your question is that it is a crime). Your post is just FUD.
With all the public outcry against corporate pays, nobody considers the little guys. The CEOs are ok without their bonus but how about the VPs? huh what will they do? I think we'll see more of this as execs' pays drop.
That would only work on a really weak star. If you're far enough from the star that you aren't receiving enough solar energy, then you're too far for tidal effects.
What is you speed compared to determine the time dilation you see? Say a solar system gets a gravitational boost from swinging around a black hole and is now traveling faster than another solar system that was traveling along with it. How would you know the time dilation between the two? Would it just be a relative comparison?
That's only like 10-12% interest on that loan. Which is basically what this is. You're buying with a down payment and then paying monthly payments... on a console.
Can't they just add an O2 tank with about an hour's worth of air in parallel to the current system? If it detects a drop in O2, it can start feeding the pilot O2 and he can drop to a lower alt.
You have the Chinese making a ship that sank. What are the odds they just copy the design without bringing it up to current standards. Though it might surpass current Chinese standards. For example:
Had the height set to 60m. west coast of the US only loses a bit. Most of Florida is gone and maybe a few miles in on the eastern seaboard. I was thinking 60m would be like 30% of land lost.
Saw a commercial from FiOS 2 nights ago about this. They had someone turning on the lights, setting the temperature, feeding their dog and some other stuff using their smartphone.
But there were times that Earth was a snowball, I would imagine it varied with the sun's cycles. It seems the system has positive feedback such that small changes can have large impacts. Examples: cooling that causes more snow covered surfaces, reflect more sun light and hot temperatures result it more water vapor int he air, increasing the temperature further. Then you have other events that came break you from these cycles (example large volcanic activity, asteroid impacts).
With the impact material from the Earth would have been send into space too. You would have to take many samples from all over the moon and from boreholes before you could build confidence that there isn't any remains of the impactor.
I heard in 3rd world countries they spray this on their produce to increase yield. I wonder if washing before you eat the produce is enough to remove it.

If that's true, how do soldiers hear orders during a gunfight or right afterwards?

You and me both. I leave disappointed.

What do you think happens when one side is 1,000F+ hotter than the other? We're talking gale force winds or higher all the time.
What you fail to mention is that the liquid is not water.
I'm sure there will be a few that can't currently drive that'll get a AI car to drive them.

Asking a friend is simple. Wonder how they would work in eliminating half the choices.

Thought they returned it to the sister.

Sure a study done by the "science" guys would say this. Now I want to see one done by the church.
You need the power savings to run 3xSLI 680s
Probably be cheaper than what we pay the defense contractors. Though the service contract will be tricky.

was there extra credit? You should have lost a point.

Why would they care if they had run away from home?
It's going to get better and cheaper so now is not the time for a 20yr commitment. Though if no one buys it then it might not improve.
