corporations also pay taxes (or at least are supposed to). so the 5k in tax kick backs is spread over much more than just the number of residents in residential homes - but to be fair i have no idea what the ratios look like. also your statement supposes that the tax incentives are coming out of the taxes gathered from the population, but they could just be loans (debt) or paid for by other entities like current energy providers that have to offset their carbon footprint.

a better analogy would be - you are a valet and you left the cars unlocked. then someone told your boss that you do a shit job of valeting the cars. you then and go punch that someone in the face.

Whatever his intentions, he was poking around AT&T's web server in a way he knew he shouldn't have been.

the parallel of above is that the someone was looking at the cars parked in a private area. the valet company sells the idea that no one can do that (look at your car when it is parked with them) but then puts your car on the street.

we do not know how significant 1000 extra employees are (other than a 50% increase in expected numbers). What would make it more meaningful would be to know the size of the population of employees who were given the offer (what if 5000 employees were given the offer, what if 500,000?).

so there is not enough info in the summary to make that statement.

I do want to point out that this is a highly debatable subject : it is subjective.

what he is saying, is that the existing players put in 95% percent of the work that created the final product, not to say apple didnt contribute their own development. car analogy: but if you buy a car, and paint it red, you shouldnt be given credit for building the entire car.

i thought the same thing. but just to note - the 2 issues differ in cause and presentation. I think the lumia's issue in only is in low light - caused by a glow amp next to the sensor. this isnt too bad in my opinion because you are already shooting in a difficult situation and so you cant really expect that great of photo to begin with- and it only presents it self in the lowest of low light situations ~ at absolute max 10% of the photos that people take.

the iphone bug, on the other hand, happens in bright light - and that is terrible because all your good photos are going to be tinged that color - even when you dont have a lens flare.
