I have to agree with this. As a Conservative myself, It continually pisses me off when I see some congressman with an (R) espousing conservatism while wanting to enact legislation that takes away ANY kind of freedom. Be it freedom of marriage, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, expression, etc. In this case he wants to take away my freedom to download something i've already purchased and make it a criminal and not a civil action.

In civil cases there is no guilty or innocent. I don't see the difficulty, you aren't prosecuting a criminal act.
If a guy from Motorola beat the F out of some guy from Microsoft, then yes, he would be innocent until proven guilty. The law is ment to protect people from losing their freedom (jail), not to prevent corporations from annoying each other.

She did begrudgingly and with much annoyance regrade my report when i brought in the source material, but she made it seem like she was doing ME a favor.
This has clouded my view admittedly of teachers in general and science teachers in specific since.
