    To manipulate it's properties would would be something like LHC.
    Plus, one you return it the higher state of symmetry, how do you generate a field to prevent symmetry from breaking?
    returning it to symmetry would mean the particle becomes zero mass. If it's zero mass would it even interact with other particle in the way needed to hold 'large' objects together?

    Besides intital funding, allocation of funds, paying for the backbone, paing from many city cionnection, and univesities.

    No, private industry mostly built things that use the internet.

    Facebook is not the internet, it is attached to the internet.

Giving money aye, created a new level of bureaucracy across the entire federal governments, completely ignored people in need, and to ignore economists and scientist on matters and instead going with his gut. The same thing the destroy most companies he ran.

    Congress killed it with a veto proof majority. While I think a president shoud veto something they don't think is right even ehen it has a veto proof majority, few presidents do as it is a waste of time. The best they can do is make a public statement, sign it and move on.
    This applies to any president Clinton, Bush, Reagan, doesn't matter.
