    By your reasoning, I should be able go to the Canadian border with a scoped rifle and pick off a few Canucks with impunity because I was never in Canada and didn't flee.

    I think you missed a key point in GP's post.

    Now, in this case, breaking into a computer is considered wrong in both jurisdictions.

    Now if it actually was legal in the US to shoot at Canadians in Canada while standing within US borders, well, as a sovereign nation, Canada certainly can make a legitimate request for extradition but I'd still say we have no obligation to honor that request. Just like we have no obligation to extradite people to China who supply means of getting around the great firewall.

    Depends on what one means by "prior art", and their locale.

    As I understand it, in the US a work is copyrighted the moment it is created, there is no need to file with anyone. So if you can prove that your work was created before someone else's identical work...

    And at any rate, had you not of skipped grade school, you'd have realized that they don't allow "every model [calculator] on the market" to be used on tests.

    If you don't know how to drive, there isn't much you can do if you insist on getting in the driver seat and going out on the highway.

    However, if you're going to exercise your right to free speech, there's at least a chance that you'll be able to defend yourself against such Islamic pedo fucktards who would try and silence you with violence.

    Please note however that I am not saying all of Islam is a bunch of pedo fucktards, I am merely talking about the subset of Islamic followers who are pedo fucktards.

    What is your current video card? Because for me, with my GeForce 8800 GT, GeForce 7600 GT, GeForce 6600 GT, GeForce FX 5600, and even my GeForce 256 from way back in 2000, I never had a problem setting different resolutions on multiple monitors.

    Yes, because of the "air space" that is the helmet, the pressure in it became lower compared to the pressure of the water. Had there been no air space, there'd have been no squishing because pressure would be the same all over and there'd have been no place to squish you into.

    You had me until this. If your eye protection, helmets, or pads are interfering with your activities, then you're doing something wrong. Either you've got improper gear or you're using it incorrectly.

    *Now if you meant it as a conditional need, I can accept that. IE, I need a TV [in order to watch Fox News].
