People in Australia got retardedly-high feed-in rates (ie. every kWh they feed into the grid provides a power bill rebate of ~50c compared to every kWH they pull out of the grid costing them ~15c) as well as state and federal government subsidies that made the cost of the panels extremely low to begin with. The blow out in costs was several hundred million in my state alone.
Without either of those things the ROI is much, much longer. You can check it out yourself now that they've ended.
TN monitors are typically 6 bits of colour per channel, not IPS. IPS monitors have the "full" 8 bits of colour per channel. CRTs had the same "full" 8 bits of colour per channel. "32 bit" was always a bit of a furphy because 3x8=24.
Got any recommendations for an A-series build? (or links to where to find one?) I've been looking all over for something around $150 but most of the info is trash.
A normal driver has to be able to lean and turn his body which is an impossibility in a race harness. In contrast, a race car driver does not need to back out of his driveway or peer around the blind spots of the A pillars.
you'd have horizontal bars anyway because 16:9 is a compromise format in itself. Most movies are even wider than that, so 1920*9xx pixels or sometimes even shorter.
I would also add "The UNIX Hater's Handbook" to that list. This book isn't just about programming in UNIX. It is more about the philosophy behind UNIX, which in turn, through negation, describes properties of any sustainable software system.
Steam's prices are definitely not the same in every country. Australian and UK prices are always much higher than US ones, forcing people into using proxies and disposable credit cards, or buying Russian activation keys through dodgy third party sites.
Pretty much everything on a bicycle is simpler, lighter and more efficient than a car. Although the lifespan of some of the parts can be lower, bearings, chain and so on.
A car can do tens of thousands of kilometers without even the most basic of maintenance.
A bike can't get away with even a few hundred in comparison.

There are no forced updates on iPhones.
Not that I support Apple's IOS versions making older phones unusably slow, which did happen.
You're confusing your bit depths.

Don't forget Win+Shift+[Left|Right] to snap a window instantly between screens.
The GPL is not a software licence and it would not have been affected at all by a pro-Psystar ruling in this case.

How many times can you pull the meter out to check the wear on the contacts before you wear off the plating yourself?
DVD is 480p at best, not 720. You may be thinking of "HD" vs. "Full HD."

Leela was still a human though. Her tribe were the degenerate descendants of a surveying mission that crashed or got stranded or somesuch.
FlashBlock keeps the web usable unlike NoScript. If you have to install just one it's a far better option.

One of my favorite parts is on transparency and discoverability: Chapter 8; csh, pipes, and find; Power Tools for Power Fools
"Mr. Fusion only powers the time circuits and the flux capacitor, but the internal combustion engine runs on ordinary gasoline; it always has."
Mine changes to L/hour when idling, which makes sense and provides value too.
True enough that DOOM was first, but not "ages before" by any means. 1993 vs. 1994.

Not to mention that the desktop 6990 is a dual GPU card... a better comparison would be the 6970 which is the high end single GPU Radeon.
22/7, rather....
22/4 is closer to Pi than 3.14 is.
Whoosh.
