Is there a type of touchscreen that can tell the difference between your hand and a pen? You could poke and prod, but be able to rest your hand on it while using a stylus.
If you can't see the difference between drug use, gambling, prostitution and illegal immigration and murder, rape, tax evasion, and speeding, well, I think only drug use can explain that.
