3) ask the same specialist to review the available media on the subject, and he'll tell you that the thing was the result of controlled demolition
4) multiple witnesses have asserted the fact that multiple explosions could be heard during the destruction of that building.

and dropping the dumbass imperial system of measurement for the metric system would make things even easier
