I'll tell you it's way way more work to create content than it is to create game engines or anything else code related.
I once programmed a simple MUD game from scratch, as part of a school project.
I only bothered to add about 15 locations to the game. The creativity is more tedious than the coding.

Will a vibrating bed make them generate heat?
I was under the impression that all such modeling are done on computer clusters.
Such modeling overnight, won't it generate a lot of heat? The institution pays for the AC, or you do more modeling during winter?
Anyone want to explain to me, whose side are we on?
Maybe if you'd point out to me so I'd understand better: Who's the victim, villain and hero?
Another organization: Peer-to-Patent (aka Community Patent Review)
Currently a pilot project, renewed once per year, as long as it's useful.
Not trying to troll you, but just want to ask:
What do you extreme geeks do on these types of specialized boxes?
What special software does these boxes come with, that make them so much better than a normal PC?
In order to manage them, you'll have to become a Beowulf Server (i.e. you have to serve them continuously and have 100% uptime.)
Just wanna relate an experience I once had.
I listened to a software presenter once, many years ago. The presenter said there's no point splurging on a 28.8kbit/s modem, because in his own experience, his own 14.4kbit/s modem was just as fast.

Looks complicated. I would have a very difficult time coming up with such a polished work.
