    I'll tell you it's way way more work to create content than it is to create game engines or anything else code related.

    I once programmed a simple MUD game from scratch, as part of a school project.

    I only bothered to add about 15 locations to the game. The creativity is more tedious than the coding.

    Wow.

    I was under the impression that all such modeling are done on computer clusters.

    Such modeling overnight, won't it generate a lot of heat? The institution pays for the AC, or you do more modeling during winter?

    What special software does these boxes come with, that make them so much better than a normal PC?

    In order to manage them, you'll have to become a Beowulf Server (i.e. you have to serve them continuously and have 100% uptime.)

    Just wanna relate an experience I once had.

    I listened to a software presenter once, many years ago. The presenter said there's no point splurging on a 28.8kbit/s modem, because in his own experience, his own 14.4kbit/s modem was just as fast.

    Women's brains may be 10% smaller (Brain Size: 1130 vs 1260 cc), but I believe they're more advanced, uses less energy, and generates less heat.

    They appear to be:

    1. Multi-core, capable of thinking of several things simultaneously.
    2. Real-time OS, hardly freezes (even when staring at handsome men).
    3. Proprietary OS, difficult to reverse-engineer or predict.
    4. Secure, always having secrets that will never be revealed.
    5. Highly efficient I/O, capable of 30000 words per day.
    6. Threat-ready, capable of out-talking (and sometimes out-thinking) any opponent.

    Why women avoid pursuing a CS career is a mystery to me.

    I have another theory on what you're trying to say. Are you saying:

    • identify pirated music that are sneaked onto P2P networks, and remove them before people get sued?
    • making a hash of the audio or digital certificate, to certify them as truly free music?

    Universities can:

    1. Form patent pools
    2. Hire a good patent attorney
    3. Fight patent trolls
    4. Form a joint patent-holding foundation
