Yes and how much does this solution cost? Before you answer, it had better be as cheap as the ink from the pen in my hand or you're wasting your breath.
It sounds like a machine with a limited grasp of language. It does not use creative wording and emphasis when structuring the wording sentences, rather it belts out an answer that is obviously calculated. No one is going to be motivated by this.
I agree, the google mail console was not better than the yahoo mail or the hotmail console. They all suck, yet somehow they persist largely in the state they were at their inception.
But that is exactly what it is when you make it look like a lot of fun. At some point they will find out it won't be and at that point they lose interest or they don't.
They have a right to minimize what they pay under the law, but lets face it they have worked the law in their favor by influencing elections and policicians, and that they never had a right to do.
You can't lure a kid into programming by thinking that way. A kid can be both, I was, but in the end their interest in programming and/or gaming will be mutually exclusive. I know a kid who is gaming motivated. He likes to hack his nintendo with 3D models and at one point required a Python script. Since he's not interested in programming, he only gains a superficial knowledge of how to install Python on windows and where to put the script and run it. Only if he is interested in development would he attempt to delve into what the script does and entertain the taught of modifying it.
So basically you're saying your a corporate sheep and trying to make the case that we should be as well. I paid less than that for my Explorer and it has far more utility than your Model 3.
That's only the case because major corporations refuse to pay taxes anywhere. The fact that no corporation shows any concern for citizens until it suits them should be enough to make it clear that they cannot participate in education and remain unbiased.
How about Amazon just gives the government for education and then everyone keeps doing what they are best at.
Kids don't need Amazon to learn computer science. Just like my dad got a Timex Sinclair to teach me, if a parent these days want their kids to learn then they can get a raspberry pi.
Unfortunately, there are very few places in the world that fine adequate money for public transit. The problem in my city (and I suspect in a lot of cities) is that it has a hub and spoke design and the pool was three spokes over.
Government has an obligation to make our data as safe as possible for as cheaply as possible and it ends there. If an open source solution fits those qualifications than use open source; but it's usually going to be a bad idea.
Most of the IBM hardware supports Red Hat and SUSE, but you still have a good point because I couldn't see anyone buying a pseries machine and not putting AIX on it. You would be losing so many capabilities such as being able to dynamically resize partitions etc.
I lived in a city where I lived 20 minutes away from work and it was pretty difficult to get home have supper and get the kids to all their extra-curricular activities. Don't know how parents with a commute time with an hour or more are supposed to do it.
Why would you waste your time with that? You think people care?
Are there free digital solutions? Because if I have to pay a cent extra I'll use real paper thanks.

There is something very, very wrong with the airline market if it costs less to take more legs.

It sounds like a machine. It won't have a chance until it sounds completely human.
Normally you have to work with real paper when real signatures are required. There is no digital alternative to a real signature.

Wow, other office suites do this with regular programming but Google does it with "AI"! That's progress!

I don't mean mutually exclusive, I mean independent

That's really what they are... golf carts with larger batteries.

Well like I said, I learned fundamentals of basic on a timex sinclair. There wasn't even a shell back then.
Well I would say something to draw with, not a hammer. But if they truly want to learn it than yes.

Wouldn't have worked where I was. Would have taken them 1-1/2 hours each way to make it to an hour practice. It wouldn't have made sense.
So basically you have other people take care of your own kids.
