    I still have a machine that runs it. Need it to convert old legal documents when necessary. It's a dual boot Windows 3.11 and Windows 98 machine. I could virtualize them, but the machine has a 5 1/4 floppy which is often necessary.

    Stretching spacetime does not necessary imply a change to the time portion. They only impact the space. In normal situations, stretching something would imply accelerating each end away from then toward the other. By what I understand, gravitational waves do not accelerate matter. They stretch space. The objects do not move in relation to space, so there is no time dialation involved.

Unfortunate side effect of the Internet is it allows people you disagree with or even hate to communicate. If you want to solve the problem, find a way to get people to stop hating each other.
