English is a dominant language used. How many other countries have as many users on the internet as America tho? I doubt many. The UK had only one isp and it cost per connection time (I believe, correct me if I'm wrong) co.uk or something similar. China musn't have a large amount of users if they could 'firewall' the New York Times, etc... I'm not sure the status of Japan and other countries, I just believe America has one of the largest followings...

I can read Cantoneese, however, I believe by way computers were created, that it is much more realistic to use English.

    Oh welps.

Why complain? Would you rather buy a product for $189 and recieve a something you were expeting to be 'great' but have it *NOT* work? This sounds VERY unfair to the open source public to me. Why is a big company like ati allowed to have the dvd specifications and develop software for it, while us, the norma everyday programmers not allowed to? In fact, I'm using an ATI card in my box right now, very happily. Mayve the MPAA will one day realize they pissed us off.... Don't get me wrong, I've used stampede and believe it's a great distribution. I'm just trying to say to al ot of the newbie developers to start developing *FOR* current systems. If I were to start a large business and had to hire administrators, I would choose the ones with any UNIX experience over the Windows experience, even if they're MCSE and so forth. I'm not saying all Windows admins don't know what their doing... I know there are plenty that know what they're doing, and plenty that are much smarter then I'll ever be...
