You're a dumbass troll. Fedora is the testbed for RedHat. By definition, they have faster, less tested releases. What would be the use of waiting for a fully tested release? Then they'd be no different than RedHat itself.

And yes, we are product testing. We're quite aware of that fact. Why do you think that OSS projects have public bug databases?

I guess this makes me a dumbass for responding to such a blatant troll. /me turns my troll filter up another notch.

"Portage" is Gentoo's package management system.

Which is why I referred to it as a proper name, yeah? (I'm typing on a Gentoo box right now, btw) Regardless of which, it's wrong. You don't refer to all small cars as Sentras, do you?

When Gentoo's been around as long as Kleenex, then you can make the argument that it's a genericized trademark.

Trying to redefine words, especially proper names, to make it look like you knew what you were talking about only makes you appear more foolish. Just be a man and admit that you have no clue wtf you are talking about.

    * Artistic license. MPlayer plays wmv files just fine. Of course, it does this in a semi-legal way by using windows codecs themselves.

In 2001, it was dog slow when generating previews of a large folder. KDE would snap right open and was usable in a few seconds. Nautilus would take minutes to generate all the previews and respond again. Even on current (for the time) systems.
