it's all about Wiki's these days. they're easier to keep up to date b/c more are looking at them, they're a perfect place for ppl to dump newbie 'gotchas' into, thus being more relevant.
I've thought about this, but couldn't he have jammed it in neutral? Or was that controlled by computer as well? How about the parking brake? There has to be some "cntl-alt-delete" equivanlent to 'override' a computer, otherwise it's just 2001: A Space Oddessy all over again!
Dave: Stop the car Hal! Hal: I'm sorry, I can't do that Dave.
Can't they 'bundle' the trash and drop it towards earth? I expect it would all burn up into ash once it starts in the upper atmosphere, and shouldn't liter on the ground.
We're the protagonists in Spaceballs driving a space dump truck? Maybe they can help. Otherwise it'll be up to a private company to figure out how to fly up and get rid of it!;)
Garage, eh? That' probably where I put all of those damn 'missing manual' books!

With everyone and their brother developing a seach portal (or an online music store) I think it's a far better ideal to lean how to use Google; you countries locale and/or the Google Hacks book. Really, there's not much I haven't been able to do/find with Google.
Really, IE is just so out of date I can't imagine anyone using it unless they have to. I'm still showing off Firefox at my work, but only have 2 others using it. Now that it's about to go 1.0 it should be easier, I love the RSS feature, the Https 'yellow' highlighting and the find-as-you-type new features of 1.0.
All in all I think the only thing that IE is good for is to cause my Mom's Dell to download viruses and trojans so I get the Support call!
here here, while I'm not happy to hear about this accident, there is little focus or sympathy for the estimated 12-14,000 Iraqis who have been killed by US forces over the past 3 years. That's huge. And while 9/11 was terrible, look at home many more we've taken out, and yes, most of those are civilians. Is there any surprise that we we're greeted as liberators?
I'm buying a new graphics card to replace my geforce3 ti200, not because of Doom3, but because of xorg 6.8! I'm digging all the new 'candy' features, and want to have my desktop be more responsive. What is the best 'affordable' 2d/desktop card that'll do all that 6.8 does now?
while my company is stuck in CVS, Subversion is not going to be too big a jump. As the build manager I'm heading up the switch, and love the similarities, and the advantages of svn. I've installed/played with ARCH, however I've never gotten very comfortable with it. While I don't think it would be very hard to learn, there's certainly a learning curve that others will have to go through.
I like the idea of a lost art or power that is waiting to be discovered and used by a current generation. It's been said that there is no new art, and that it's all a reflection of the past. Still, the constant striving towards a new way to express ones self seems to be an ongoing theme in everyones' life; it gives them purpose.
This reminds me of stories like Indiana Jones, to The Blues Brothers! Truely a universal ideal.
If SA 3.0 is running with SUBL support, how can we add: www.xcelent.biz to the SUBL list? In that case, SA 3.0 would block this email alltogether. I think this is a killer feature of SA now, and I'm waiting to learn more about it so I can update my current 2.x version running on my home mailserver.
did you follow my link and read what I said on the exact topic you're all of a sudden an expert at? I'll give you that many things online are scams, but this is not one of them. read all that I've documented, then do your own research and come to your own conclusion. you really can get an iPod for free, you don't have to do it, but read up and learn before making ignorant statements.
I thought this was illegal, I rem filling out something with some legal stuff when I signed up for my domains, and I was bummed that I would have to put my personal details out there. Then I found Domains by proxy and I didn't have to. So, I didn't break the law, but you can't find my name/address/email with a simple whois!

Read, and learn, more about what we've done:

And just wait until we hear about what's happened in Gitanamo Bay Cuba...it'll make us long for the Abu Graibe deal. (no I can't spell)

it will have it's own online music store as well!

Was it the 503 error? I seemed to be getting that awhile ago, but it went away. Someone said it was tied to using Firefox?
