Ya you have to consider the fact that years and years after releasing Morrowind the modding community for it is still alive. Oblivion's modding community is also still alive, and the Skyrim modding community is waiting to blow up.

Hell I own an actual physical disk of Morrowind, but it came up the other day on Steam for like 10 bucks and I still bought it just because steam's install process is much easier and I don't generally like having to dig through my CD collection any time I want to play Morrowind.

Also it seems to me the DEA was rather foolish about this. Instead of working with a legitimate businessman, and using his sales to sporting goods stores and so on to track back the people who actually cook the meth and arresting them, they instead shut him down, and may of possibly inconvenienced a few people who cook meth or maybe they didn't.

Ya I thought it was a bit thin as well. A better video would be to cut to black, and then shows something that refutes what they are saying. Plus it would break up the whole emotional tone they try to set for the video. After watching that video unannotated, had I not known better I would thought all writers, makeup artists sound guys are out of work and the reason movie stars are always so thin is because they can't afford food.
