    I find it very amusing that it will 'allow' states to collect sales tax on online purchases. As if any state would pass up an opportunity to collect taxes on something.

    I don't know how they can talk about legalizing marijuana and act like it's illegal because of health issues. if that was the case then shouldn't smoking and drinking alcohol also be illegal? It seems like they aren't open to serious discussion on any of these topics and just copy and pasted some default answers.

    rockbox? I dunno if you can rockbox a nano but my sandisk mp3 player is rockboxed and it plays almost any format under the sun save a few proprietary ones.

    Most modern MMOs don't allow for that sort of thing. The only ones I can think of off the top of my head are Darkfall and Eve Online.

    Most modern MMOs don't really punish the loser when it comes to pvp except maybe by a run back to where your body died. The no consequences pvp seems to be really popular with a majority of online gamers which shouldn't really be all that surprising. Though I find the risk of actually losing my items, experience or what not adds to the rush of Pvp. Not everyone feels that way though

    Don't worry my generation is doing a long term study now. If there is well only my generation and the next are likely to die from it so no big deal.

    ya I used the unity desktop and I didn't like it much. I ended up using Lubuntu for my laptop because a lot of the newer stuff in these latest few releases was really slowing it down for no good reason. About the only reason I use it these days I the debian packaging system, with out all the debian silliness.

    thanks for that, I should put that down on my phone or something. So much older folks I know talk about how they worked through college. It's just not possible to do that now.

    They don't, the cult of apple things apple can do no wrong. Iphones could start blowing up at a 10% rate and it would be dubbed an exciting new feature and apple would patent it.

    Ya I've never heard of most these authors but the article lost all credibility when they said 'Christopher Paolini' was on their list. He isn't a science fiction writer he writes fantasy and not even good fantasy at that. Why is he even there?

    ya I was thinking the same thing, unless the bottleneck is the network and not the database server itself. It wouldn't surprise me if at&t had the equivalent of a cup and string in terms of bandwidth to their activation servers.
