The challenge is that as long as there exists "peer-reviewed" sources that are not peer-reviewed, the door remains open to question all peer-reviewed sources. The layman has no way to distinguish "real" scientific journal from "fake" ones. This leads to "Alternative facts" and "Fake News" and confusion about what science is really finding.
So, does this mean if my Garmin GPS connects wirelessly to the cell network, that I am guilty under this law if I use it? What is the difference between turn by turn directions on my smart phone (not allowed by the ruling) vs a GPS device (Still allowed)? When is a device "an electronic wireless communications device" or not? And how will the average citizen know the difference?

“There were a lot of problems with the report from a real, legitimate economic analysis perspective,” said Antonia Ferrier, a spokeswoman for the Senate Finance Committee’s Republicans. “We relayed them to C.R.S. It was a good discussion. We have a good, constructive relationship with them. Then it was pulled.”
The GOP also argued that the report might not be entirely non-partisan:
"Senate Republican aides said they had protested both the tone of the report and its findings. Aides to Mr. McConnell presented a bill of particulars to the research service that included objections to the use of the term “Bush tax cuts” and the report’s reference to “tax cuts for the rich,” which Republicans contended was politically freighted."

When I did this, I hooked up with a group like the National Association for the Self Employed. (http://www.nase.org). They were able to provide group coverage for individuals at discounted rates. This is because the average health of the self-employed is significantly better than in other groups.
It has been more than 10 years since I did this with nase, but it was a very positive experience.
You can look at other "Fraternal Orders" like Thrivent or other group insurers and see if they have a similar program for self-employed.
This is not a specific endorsement of these groups over others. YMMV
Paying $100 a year, you can publish any number of apps, but you can only have X (say 5 or 10) apps that have only name and no submission.
At $10-20 per squat, you prevent just plain squatting, especially (as has already been argued) considering that there is no financial incentive to do so.

I was there at the E3 where they announced the PsP, where it would have phone, GPS, Camera, movies and a game console.... uh.... We waited for years while none of this came to fruition, the games got crappier, the movie thing bombed (because you could watch a whole movie on a single charge).... Back then (what 2001, 2002), they could have been the leader. Now they are the retarded loser.... The iPhone has all of these AND the delivery channel... who cares what Sony does in this space? Not me.
I turn my computer off every night and then the next day the first load just takes too long. I am not sure what FF is doing all that time (and I admit I exaggerated a bit, its only 15 seconds, while chrome loads in 3).
I have been using chrome now for 2 days, generally its pretty good...
But of course the real reason for my rant is, I really just want FF to work. I dont want to have to learn another browser and I dont have time to figure out why FF is so slow loading.
when it finally starts. I am able to start IE and Chrome and browse to the page in both in the time it takes FF to grace me with it's presence. Just yesterday FF was ejected as my default browser. It may have a faster javascript engine, but who cares if I have to wait 40 seconds for the dog to load.
Can you cite a source for this? AFAIK, from close sources, the SR-71 had a near miss at 5 miles as its closest. (I ask because I am interested, not because I believe you need to cite a source).
