I've been reading a lot about food and stuff, and you all forget the real issue: the exercise.
Of course playing this games have nothing to do with the amount of exercise outside the game, BUT IS MORE if they do.
The thing is that is "some" exercise, not a lot, some. It's still better than doing nothing.
