It really is easier to quit- just halve the nicotine every time you buy juice and in a few weeks you are down to nothing. You are aware of being slightly uncomfortable but nothing like the 3 or 4 days of misery from cold turkey.
Nice sentiment, except that the productivity gains of the last 100 or perhaps even 50 years has outstripped everything in human history combined. Geometric progressions like this are not sustainable and are guaranteed to end poorly for someone.
I used to road race and used HRM etc and you have to work extremely hard to start seeing a reduction in resting heart rate, probably useless for 99% of people that are voluntarily exercising. Anyone doing elite fitness probably aren't going to be using the consumer stuff anyway.
To provide distraction from the actual core of fitness which is hard work? You can buy something instead of actually exercising or what I call 'virtue purchasing'.
I think you just coined a new term... a propostrophe is when you use ' ' to highlight something that is ridiculous, "wow I was so happy they served us 'lunch' "
A house is being built right now in the lot next door to me and the mariachi music is filtering through my window as I type. Good luck with the construction job....

In poor countries and even in the history of USA 75% of the population is in agriculture. How the f is that productive? Your argument is a joke.
