Actually, the message we hope to send to the truly good RIAA musicians (a slim lot, I know) is: "We want your music, but we don't want to help the RIAA."
My fear is they will use the agreements as a wedge to claim ALL of Linux as infringing. Luckily I think Torvalds and Shuttleworth have the resources to fight MS.
The original rotaries on 3 of the 4 junctions of the Bourne and Sagamore bridges were put in when the current bridges were completed in 1935. 1 rotary was bypassed in 1987 by feeding the Bourne Bridge directly into MA-25 (north side Bourne Bridge), 1 was replaced with a freeway interchange in 2006 (north side Sagamore Bridge, only the one that is south side Bourne Bridge still has bridge traffic feeding directly into it.
AT&T got rid of unlimited plans on their phone service long ago. The only ones left are the ones who got unlimited plans when they were still available, as AT&T has decided to grandfather them in. I trust next we'll see AT&T putting an end to the grandfathering.
Because they were waiting to put out an official release, and didn't want anything coming out of the tech support reps' mouths to be taken as official policy until they released their statement.
Microsoft does the same thing.
Also, OS X can't be compromised if you're not stupid. So far, all of these Mac trojans I've been seeing require a PEBCAK. Show me an anti-virus program that's 100% reliable against PEBCAKs and I'll say you found the Holy Grail!
Not driving with the general traffic flow (whether above or below the limit) can be a crime (endangerment), where speeding is just a misdemeanor, so if you're doing 55 and the traffic is doing 70 (regardless of what the speed limit actually is), you could be opening yourself up to a worse offense.
2 drivers in Massachusetts around 1997 or so got hit with that (they were driving the speed limit (55) and traffic was significantly faster), and unsuccessfully fought the charges not once, but twice...
....is measured by increase of mentions, not number of mentions. Giggs' mentions may be high, but the number isn't increasing as much as it was just after the story broke. Less *increase* in mentions = lower-ranked on the trending lists. The number of mentions has likely peaked.
Changes nothing though... Limewire was just a UI for Gnutella, which will continue on. The only change is that there will be no new Limewire versions in the future. All the more room for Frostwire, Cabos, etc....
And yes, my Cabos still works;) i just don't use it much anymore.
Rush Limbaugh is actually a conservative who stayed with Mac through the lean years (1990s). I know because I was forced to listen to him on a daily basis when I worked for one of his affiliates back then. *heh*:)
Because Microsoft hit while Apple was down and left for dead (1990s - the "Pepsi Years"). I'll admit Windows 95 was a huge positive step in the PC market, and was such a success that they are *still* riding that wave, but MS's market share has been slowly declining since Steve came back and Apple streamlined their product line in 1998.
MacBook's hardware specs (even a 2008 model) are higher than any Win laptop you can get for only $500. Just spend the $200, you get what you want (Win), you save $300, and you still have a higher-specced machine (MacBook).

Also, Gaga has been known to, on her Facebook, showcase such videos that feature her stuff...
And *that* is why the Flight 93 "Let's do it!" cellphone story just doesn't wash.....
Still. Not. A. Worm.

Yawn.

ClamXAV (the Mac UI front-end for the Unix ClamAV)
Don't they do that with the internet in Canada?

December 2001 - reported in a newspaper in Egypt. There was even a funeral and an obit. Fox reported it too but removed the story soon after.

I *am* a comedy music artist, and I won't register. I won't register with ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC either.
Some things are more important than money. I simply don't want any third party to "represent" me.
Actually, this one is SFW. Seriously. The worst that happens is some off-screen vomit and a cannon explosion without gore.

Actually yes, WoW's Launcher *is* a "file sharing application" (BitTorrent) if you use its default settings.
Press down with 2 fingers while you drag (2 fingers = right-click on Mac trackpads). I know it works because I've done it.

2008 MacBook (the older machine) has an Intel processor. This isn't a problem :)
Boot Camp has Apple touchpad drivers for Windows. No functionality is lost.
Except lesbians ;)
"she", actually :)
