Am I missing something blatantly obvious that the courts seem to be able to see? TPB was clearly condoning piracy, we all know that.. but OBT is just a generic public platform that people can use to share nondescript files. It's like.. going after the state because somebody was murdered on THEIR streets, the streets are a generic platform to get from A to B through the medium of walking, but of course, somebody will exploit that medium.
I think it would be more appropriate to say "depression is linked to increased internet use". It makes much more sense.

I'm suprised more people haven't noticed the crappy decisions it makes. As many of you know, a few months ago the drugs adviser for sacked for doing his job. He advised people that cannabis is not as harmful or addictive as alcohol and tobacco, things most of us already know. And he got sacked.
Gordon brown is more than half blind, which explains why he can't see the REAL WORLD. Have any of the labour MPs ever used the internet, or even used a computer? It seems none of them have any idea how it works, you just plug in the magic box and magic happens.
At least, next general elections, labour will be gone. That there is no doubt of. They're all bloody useless.
Yes, absolutely. If I look at a business online and it has an AOL or Hotmail email address (instead of an email address using their company domain), I would question its legitimacy.
Put it this way, I won't buy anything from CheapViagraForYou@hotmail.com.

A lot of people whine about Americas Army because of the "realistically long" training that is required.
However, I find that the game itself is as fun as any other FPS. If people whine about "war games", why not completely abandon FPS gaming all together. CSS is about fighting, in a war. BF2 is about fighting, in a war. BF2142 is about fighting, in a war. Unreal Tournament is about fighting, in a war. Any game that has teams, and guns, is likely fighting.. in a war.
I looked into this months ago, and the owner of both companies say both companies are COMPLETELY unrelated (You know.. dispite having the same name), and the.com master company IS based outside Germany.. Google stuff before you try and spout off..
My only wonder is.. what happens if I run a Windows 7 VM from within XP.. and then XP in that VM.. and 7 in that VM... I want to make an infinite XP/7 paradox and DESTROY THE INTERWEBS!.. or just have a bit of a laugh, screenshot it, and add motivational text about how I have too much time on my hands..
This system is just open to so many flaws.. both technical and otherwise. Technical side of it, a bug appears, a user somehow managed to make millions in a matter of minute, and.. oh look.. he can just turn it into real money and run away never to be seen again. Otherwise-side of it, the company could easily use this to cover some unlawful transactions, with so many odd and seemingly pointless transactions and deposits, who would notice one rogue equally as useless transaction.. Another thing to note is, who will "own" the bank? Will the company be able to just take money off me whenever they want because it's "their game", dispute it been real money..?
