I'm trying to delete a domain name in the last few months. I too used their domain.mod form at the site and replied accordingly the e-mail they sent out. They never delete it. I sent the crap 10 times or so. As I last attempt I wrote directly and they replied 2 like:
1- Your form is wrong. We can't verify that you're the registrant of...
2- We'll delete your domain name in our schedule since you don't want to renew it.
What's happening at NSI? I tried several times to delete a domain name I don't want to use anymore (it expires in May). Although I did all required stuff, they never delete it. I used their domain.mod form at the site. DELETE MY DOMAIN NAME ASSHOLES. I WANT IT DELETED NOW, NOT IN MAY!
So good it's broken, because I built it and couldn't find mass storage. Yes, I'm blind and looked everywhere. I have an Iomega 250Mb Zip Drive but will wait to enable USB until 2.4 is released. 2.2.18 is my first Kernel with framebuffer. Nice.
The only problems I've had so far is that once in a great while, switching from X to a console locks my keyboard -- I have to telnet in and reboot the system. Other than that minor issue, X has only crashed on me once, seemingly caused by a screensaver (I forget which one).
Funny. Minor issue because you have telnetd running. But you still have to reboot. I really don't see why it's a minor issue.
Because I couldn't find Slackware in my preferences. Am I missing something, or there's only Debian and Red Hat Software? Frankly, who cares if it's in w00dy?
I really can't understand why you have to wait a lot of time to find the sources. What's wrong with the Mozilla team that first release binaries? After all, Mozilla is released under the GPL.
Frankly, nobody needs to install RedHat 7.0 to know about the quality of this release. Starting with the inclusion of GNU gcc and GNU libc snapshots, more and more packages for newbies, and the need for 2 CDs, I'm not going to try it. Starting from 7.0 you decided to make it a distribution for newbies, only. Newbies aren't going to find all your bugs, are they? Newbies aren't going to maintain a server or develop applications with test releases. Newbies just like to say I have the latest version. I just thank you for the past, and really hope you're not using your own companies and employees as an advantage. RedHat isn't Microsoft, but the future may change it.
http://store.slackware.com/ and support the Slackware project.
-1 ? Moderators ? I forgot they use Debian.
gpm... Check http://cvs.gnome.org/lxr/source/imlib/configure.in
No, you should install gtk+ to get gdk_imlib to build. Check http://cvs.gnome.org/lxr/source/imlib/gdk_imlib/
What? Busy ~24h? You know, most Linux users won't download the sources or use GNOME beta. I'd agree with you if it was just a notice on a site.
The HEAD branch of CVS is tagged KDE_2_1_RELEASE, and tarballs are released to the packagers.
And gtk+ before imlib?
Nice to see Slackware on /. Of course, CmdrTaco didn't post it, because he uses Debian...
No problems transfering one to some months ago.

Thanks for the info. Now I won't build mass storage in 2.2. BTW, it should corrupt your data too. Wait 2.4.
Why use pgcc? All people say it's not good.

Does Konqueror support caching in memory? I remember that the file manager/browser shipped with KDE 1.X doesn't.
Not really. What about the GTK+ port? RTFM. (not tested, of course).
It properly renders only what's well written.

Please announce this too: KDE 2.0 is now included in slackware-current.

Install Slackware 7.1. Runs with no problems on my Athlon 700 with K7V.
InstallShield for Linux should be their next work.
Why 1500 packages? Just get some packages from the A, AP, D, K and N disks. Slackware
