That *is* the learning curve. Domain specifics, company processes, and standards, etc. If you thought learning to program was part of the learning curve when changing companies then you don't know what a learning curve is, and we are talking about *development*, not programming.

I doubt he is even works in the field actually. One thing is for sure ... He thought he was being a clever troll. For example saying to Shanghai Bill, of whom I am no fan by any means, "for newbies like you." Combine that with the phrase "if you applied to my program" and I would say he is an ESL high school or college student who sucks at trolling.

  16. No, RIGHT ... Because the topic was US cards. Do try to keep up.

  17. PINs have nothing to do with credit cards. You are confusing them with debit cards. And almost nobody asks for signatures anymore. Why are you acting like an expert when you don't know the difference between debit and credit cards?

  18. No, he didn't. I live in the US and most people have chips in their cards, which *don't* stop abuse when the number and CCV are known. That's literally two things that are false from just one of his sentences.

  19. Well that was certainly a wealth of misinformation. For example, to hear you tell it, people in Europe can't order products from Amazon.
