    Overseas Chinese, especially Taiwanese, are not foreigners. Many of those over 50 were born in Mainland China. They're returning to their native land and regaining some of the money and property that was unjustly stolen from them.

    And the island to which they moved was vacant land? Not! Aboriginal peoples already there were/are treated much like "native Americans" in the US of A.

    I haven't heard any censored news items.

    Like the old elephant joke: Why do elephants paint their toenails red? To hide in cherry trees. It must work because you have never seen an elephant hiding in a cherry tree.

    The average "user" is the son or daughter of the owner of the box and is largly unsupervised in their use.
    Should it be different? Sure.

    Standards? Yes. But it is not as if other "gadgets" have no potential for harm to our valuable eyes. Take aircraft, cars, motorcycles - even skateboards. Crush your head and your eyes tend to go to hell too. This IS a dangerous place.

    When the alternative seems to be charging everbody as if they fully utilized the available bandwidth. Is it wrong that the evil providers with their deep pockets don't just give me what I want? I have a list if they are willing.

    My co-op days were as a 35 year old college student. Much, but not all of what I did was menial. It was of great value to graduate with some real world experience. I just recived an award from my company that includes ca$h and a Carribean vacation for my valuable contributions. Guess what? Much of what I do is still menial and repetative. But not all! If it were I would move on.

    I'm not sure about the "almost all sick and unhealthy" part, but the costs do NOT end with initial purchase. Both cats and dogs can be very expensive companions.
