an American naval-intelligence analyst at a NATO cyberwar unit in Tallinn, Estonia, describes a curious microwave oven. Though still able to cook food, its microwaves (essentially, short radiowaves) are modulated to encode information as though it were a normal radio transmitter.
(super newbie programmer, merely guessing) So rather than having to go to the CPU ask what's next, you just give the GPU data, package of commands(in form of algorithms, like the for loop) finish doing those then come back to the CPU for the next set?
i assume right now it's cpu does for, gpu draws, cpu does for, gpu draws and what you want is cpu gives a package of stuff, gpu executes and draws
basically, have the GPU do some of the thinking maybe?
yes, hours later i noticed i hit 'a' instead of 'r' by mistake. In my defense, it was a long day at school...even fell asleep 10minutes of getting home
I believe it should use both locally installed codecs and codecs of their own(which when they both have, OS would probably be the choice of the developer) Best of both world you know.
lossless + animation = movie-like images

At one point I wanted a PS3... Then this crap that has been coming from them since other OS removal
So now companies just have to put in minimal protection and the rest is legal protection?
Yes, all Muslims are terrorists, I'm sure all Christians are murderous like during the crusades too.
