    The 'mystery' involved has nothing to do with the actual code. The actual code itself is probably not really all that advanced.

    The reverse compiler UnStux says the program is called Hello World.

    No, and I hadn't been trying to give that impression.

    Neither do I think that quantities of houses and automobiles are made of foam rubber. If you excavate large swaths of the foundation, island or not, there's going to be trouble.

    My parents were homeowners, and the city decided it would pump the freshwater under the neighborhood and sell it. That alone caused significant property damage as the land settled due to the lowered water table. And that was just water; I wouldn't like to think what would happen removing massive amounts of the earth.

    Bring land ashore from the North Sea.

    A prophylactic would be, for example, a condom; however, a prosthetic would be like a tongue depressor, some duct tape, and instructions.

    I did made a Pong "clone" 2-3 years ago. Got some new mechanics, online multiplayer support, achievements and six different scenarios (if you can believe that). Pretty much unpublished only for an early version that I put on a national contest. The catch is: I`m from Brazil so I can`t submit the damn game to Atari. It would be nice to have the visibility.

    Submit it to Nolan Bushnell.

    Perhaps you're just considering a specific country. According to Wikipedia, the overall world sex ratio is 101 males to 100 females. At birth, the ratio is more like 106 males to 100 females, though males die earlier than females, especially in their last years. (An aunt who used to be a delivery room nurse told me that female babies are generally stronger than males, so eg. a premature female has a higher chance of surviving.) Some cultures don't like girl babies, leading to infanticide or abortions, so the ratio can get artificially skewed; it also just seems to naturally vary a bit.
