I am honestly unsure if this is a serious question, so I will answer it seriously.

The county hospital knows you can't pay. They expect you not to pay. But they do bill you, and when surprise, your minimum wage ass can't pay the bill, take a wild guess what happens to that 30 or 40 thousand dollar tab.

Even more fun is when you get into a serious accident and are rushed to the nearest emergency room. There you are stabilized, be it after a couple of days in the ICU, then you can be transported to the county hospital.

You are poor, so you have no insurance. Or, your employer has completely inadequate coverage. As a result, you are fucked. It doesn't matter if the taxpayer is footing the bill, you still get hammered by it.

In response to your question about so-called "fishy speech", I recomment you look over any number of your own speeches as reference material. Or, you can review any of the many lies the republican leadership is knowingly spreading about the proposed health-care plan.

The very popular youtube video of the republican mob overwhelming what was supposed to be a civilized discourse on the proposed health care plan seems to be somewhat fishy.

As to what we plan to do with all the lies you and your party have been spreading, I would think that must be obvious. We plan to counter the bullshit assertions your bitches on FOX news have been making in an attempt to give Americans real information about the proposed health care plan. I realize you wouldn't have a chance in hell of recognizing truth and integrity if it bit you on the ass, but you can't assume we are all republicans, especially after the ass kicking the republicans got during the last election.

For instance, turning what was meant to be a bi-partisan offering to help those on medicaid have a full and unfettered discussion with their doctors, including the option of not treating terninal illnesses into the republican's current crap argument of, healthcare will kill all the old people.

So, Senator Cornyn, why don't you come by the White House and we can talk honestly about health care. But, I am warning you, you will first have to stop sucking on the dicks of the insurance industry to do so.

    Sincerely,

    BARACK OBAMA

The overwhelming amount of bullshit being thrown at the Patent Office, and the resulting mountains of patented crap coming out of the office is proof that the system is inherently broken.

AT&T and Apple both have a proclivity for shutting out competition, and when it involves the phone system, the FCC is going to be interested.

This is because the FCC deals with everything involving the phone system. It deals with cellphone makers (Apple) and it deals with common carriers (AT&T).

One more cold hard fact. Tomas NorstrÃm, the judge in question, was not merely a member of several recording industry groups, he in fact sat on the board of the Swedish Association for the Protection of Industrial Property.

So, he wasn't just a party interested in keeping involved with industry law, he was in charge of an advocacy group. I think that would put him solidly in the prejudiced and/or biased category.

Let's look at it another way. The head of the MPAA happens to be a judge, and he is the overseeing YOUR trial on illegal file sharing, or whatever. After the trial is over, and you are given a year of jail time, it is revealed that not only does he belong to the MPAA the BSA, and the RIAA, he is in fact one of the controlling parties of the MPAA.

And the group of judges who were to decide whether or not he was biased also belonged to the MPAA and the RIAA.

Does it sound like a conspiracy theory?

The pirate bay blog says this:

Oh. And it should also be noted that Anders Eka, the guy with the final decision that is not appealable, heads in an immaterial rights organisation as Peter Drowsky and Monique Wasted, the MPAA and Ifpi-lawyers. However, he does not feel that working together with the lawyers that enjoys this decision the most has an impact on his decision or that he might be biased himself...

Sure, but that is Pirate Bay, and whatever they say is suspect. Well, to quote from this site:

Monique Wasted, Peter Danowsky, Jan Rosén (assistant to Monique in the TPB-case and also the chairman for the swedish organisation for copyright), Daniel Westman (another one involved in the same sphere of Jan Rosén and Monique Wasted) - and of course, Anders Eka.

People love to shout "conspiracy theory" as a way to discredit something. And that can be true. However, there have been some conspiracy theories that turned out to be absolutely true.

I don't buy that argument. While height is to some extent determined by nutrition, it is genetic as well. I would also guess that beauty, while genetic, is also determined by better nutrition, and probably better prenatal nutrition. However, height, weight, and muscle mass have always been important in melee combat. Hence the weight classes in boxing and wrestling. For a historical perspective, set the dial in the Wayback machine to England in the year 1066.

At the Battle of Stamford Bridge, a single Norse berserker held off King Harold's army. The entire army. By himself. Archers weren't able to take him down, nor did anyone else until some Saxon soldiers got under the bridge and stabbed upward with spears, piercing several vital areas. I am assuming he lost the will to live.

Weakened, he was finally taken down. His action at the bridge allowed the Norse giants under Harald Hardrade to recover from the surprise of King Harold's army showing up unannounced.

The Norse were outnumbered and were beaten, and Harald Hardrade took an arrow in the battle and died.

Two things. Despite outnumbering the Vikings, this was a great victory for the Saxon army because the Vikings were bad ass motherfuckers. Big, bad ass guys that were on average about 5'10" tall. About average for a man now. But compared to the average European little man, they were hulking brutes.

Of course, the Saxon army was exhausted by the fight against Hardrade and got its ass thoroughly kicked at the battle of Hastings, courtesy of William the Conquerer and his merry band of Norman killers.

You know, I really enjoy history, its so interesting. Back to the point.

The Vikings were considered huge, and their size and strength made them fearsome enemies.

A lot of jokes play on this racism. For example, a joke might be something like:

Irish Whiskey. Isn't that kind of redundant?

    or perhaps:

Cheap Scotch: Isn't that kind of redundant?

By claiming that whiskey and Irish is a redundancy, I am implying that all Irish are drunks, which certainly isn't true. It puts down anyone of Irish descent by association and thus, is an example of racism. Similarly, the cheap Scotch joke is a shot against stereotypical behavior that has been associated with the Scottish. I am putting down both groups of people in order to feel better about myself. That would be racist. And yes, I know the term racism has mutated into a vague and hard to pin down concept. But the black children are shit joke is definitely racist.

Was this an abuse of the power to hold people in contempt of court? Absolutely.

The power of a judge to keep his court orderly, however, is of utmost importance to the continued functioning of our legal system. Furthermore, the man obviously was telling the court to fuck off. I am sure he could have proved he didn't have the money. I can't imagine him losing 5 million dollars and not being able to show just how he pissed it away. And I don't see a lawyer not keeping legal paperwork to cover his ass in this instance.

Thus, I conclude that he was telling his ex-wife, via the court system, to fuck off. I don't admire him for treating our court system with contempt, but I have to say the man has balls of steel if he is willing to go to prison for 14 years all for the sake of spite. Maybe not wise, but definitely very ballsy. I can even see the conversation in prison.
