    Do some research-
    Its not just the Bush administration that Enron was tied to. It was the Clinton administration as well. Numerous Senate DEMOCRATS have ties to Enron as well.

    The Bush/Enron crap is just a smear campaign. It works too, because people like you don't care to look at facts.

    Uhh... The US economy is not in trouble, its in a recession. They happen. Then things level out and growth occurs, again.

    This is why the US has BILLIONS to give to nations crippled by socialism and communism. This is why any time there is a problem in the Middle East, the World looks to the US.

    Its not like the US is going to fold because of this. Its freedom in our market that has led to all the most important inventions of the past 100 years.

    I know, you hope the free market and capitalism folds, but its just not gonna happen. Sorry.

    Good point. People around here hate Bush so much that they are just reaching for anything. None of this happened under his watch though... In fact, its all being exposed under his watch.

    If we want to equate this greed to a president, well then, it can only be Clinton.

    14 resumes? I hope you aren't looking around Chicago... When I was laid of in February I sent out nearly 1000 resumes. Every damn company within 100 miles got my resume.

    I got 4 interviews and 2 offers... Hows that for reality? Hopefully the next boom isn't *too* far off.

    Ebert lost any and all credibility in my mind when he reviewed FOTR and complained that the movie had no end. Perhaps just a little effort on his part would have revealed the reason for this.
    Of course, just about every movie he gives a thumbs down to turns out to be great (and vise-versa).

    Besides, Blockbuster has this kickass promo right now. for $25 you get 10 free rentals plus FOTR on DVD (that's for you to keep). Hell, 10 rentals plus the DVD would normally costs about $60.

    HA- How true... I'll never understand Democrats. Not saying Bush is as intelligent as Hawking, but I don't think public speaking ability is a measure of intelligence. I would love to see all these people who dog Bush for stammering get up in front of 1 million people and speak clearing for 5 minutes (let alone an hour).
