militia = civilians, they already had a regular army at that time it was written, they just won a war, with civilian militia support. They will cover this thing called The American Revolution in middle school when you get there.
To same my own skin, yes, I do want the best weapon for protecting my home, and that is the AR carbine with hi-cap mag. That is why law enforcement uses them when raiding houses, what better endorsement can you get? Why should be negligent and I put my self and family at risk with something more difficult and less effective? Buying an old revolver or just relying on the Police to answer an alarm call in time is like buying an old car without seat belts or leaving the doors unlocked at night, negligent and stupid.
That is because those in power don't want the masses to have power and are ignoring the "shall not be infringed" part of the law. You're a happy little surf aren't you?
Clearly any tyrant overthrow scenario would involve convincing a significant portion of the military to do their duty to defend the constitution and join your cause as seen in Syria and as encouraged by the US in supporting rebels in other countries. In other words, widespread armed rebellion against a lawless government is not the same thing as some skin head group getting their asses handed to them in some dust-up because they don't like the latest immigration policy.
Does this lead to email via USPS, having all the reliability and legal implications as paper mail? Sounds good to me, I do trust them more than the email provided by my ISP and having to buy a stamp would really help with the spam.
They are switching to LTE, but selling non-LTE phones. And, my understanding is they are pushing current users onto only one of their frequency bands to make room.
Maybe I'll be back when my new Verizon plan runs out in 2 years and things are settled.
It annoys me that websites and now it seems cash register keeps my credit card info after the transaction.
It's like keeping a blank check laying around. Theft is inevitable and avoidable.
Why do the CC companies allow this? Why do stores do this? Don't they see the risk to them as well? There has to be a better way because this seems really dumb.
And what poor sap paid for your education?
I know one person who paid for his own Catholic school (per-voucher era) raising rabbits and tossing newspapers. Everyone else the prior generation or daddy paid for it and with that education they pay it back with social security taxes and the many benefits of living in an educated society. So stop believing you own "self made mad" delusion.
Clearly the law was intended for the "draw this doodle and see if you get accepted to our art school and we'll even set up your student load to pay for it" borderline fraud schools. Hard to prove actual fraud if they teach you the littlest bit. The Feds have since tightened up these types of student loans (or at least talked about it) awhile back.
There are trade-offs to living in the country/city. This is one of them. Sitting in traffic sucking down pollution is another. Add up to pros and cons and live where you want, but don't expect others to foot the bill for your choices. Broadband must not be as important as the benefits of pastoral lifestyle.
Are you implying China, Russia and India are developing countries? Because they are ancient compared to the USA and should have figured their economies out long ago rather than suckling at the teat of American exceptionalism.
There are science topics far more useful in the average HS graduates than evolution, so why feature it so prominently if the blow-back is to legislate instruction in mysticism as science? How about a little perspective and pragmatism? It is better the kids learn the important stuff rather than turn them off to science completely by berating their dogma on something with few applications? It's like going to war with a country to impose the idea of democracy when they are clearly against it.
If you want to watch movies, you buy the cable companies movies, because they will use their monopoly on broadband to quash other services. Have issues with the cable company? The only option is to out-bribe them.
Sue them for negligence, not following best practices/standard of care that sort of thing.
Are my test results and diagnostics not a product work-for-hire?

I can't believe that guy broke the gun free school zone law. That law was designed to stop him cold.
Stonewalling? Just because you want a "DO SOMETHING" knee-jerk response the other side is "stonewalling" for not cowing. Brilliant argument technique.

Everyone enjoys having their trivial flaws pointed out. No?
Hate to tell you but there is zero demand for grey haired coders. See ya at the soup kitchen!
These are going to clash with the existing furniture. Got anything in wood in the mission style, cherry stain?

The phone company would quickly find a solution if enough people gave up on their land line and canceled service.
Considering most phones last less than 2 years. How about comparing working devices?

Can't shop for guns on google anymore. So the gun crowd has moved on to Bing.
